How do I request support?
Please follow these steps:
1. Access the Self Service Portal (Click Support, and then "My Support")
2. Click the Submit a Service Request Icon
3. Select the relevant category (Optional) Enter your issue in the title and the description
4. You may add attachments (Optional)
5. Click the Submit button.
6. You will be presented with the Service Request ID for future reference

About our support system
